About
I've spent 25 years in heavy civil construction — marine, tunnel, highway, bridge, and federal work — most of it running survey. That means field-level technical depth and the management side too: budgets, subcontractors, submittals, and owner relationships.
I'm a California Professional Land Surveyor (licensed 2022, after passing both the national FS and PS exams). I also hold AGC's Certificate of Management – Building Information Modeling and an undergraduate certificate in project management. I'm OSHA 30 certified and a U.S. Marine Corps veteran.
As Survey Manager I ran survey across a $4.55 billion portfolio of three simultaneous projects — personnel, subcontractors, budgets, and stakeholders — while staying close enough to the data to catch what others miss.

Data handling
Point clouds, imagery, and project documents are processed on Axiom-owned GPU workstations in a controlled, on-premise environment. We don't upload client data to third-party AI services.
Where AI helps — reviewing specifications and submittals, drafting deviation reports, organizing contract documents — it runs on open-weight models hosted on our own hardware. A licensed surveyor reviews every deliverable.
Storage, retention, transfer, and destruction terms are set per engagement to match your contract's data-handling requirements.
